I cannot say enough good things about EZPro Kitchen & Bath. We just had 2 of our bathrooms remodeled. They completed the project on time and on budget.The sales process with Michael Martin was smooth and transparent with no pressure tactics. Michael is lovely to work with. Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and inspires confidence because he actually does know what he is talking about. The design process was also great, with no pressure to accept any particular designs. The design team was very flexible with me and made adjustments to make it exactly as I wanted within my budget.Paul Matarazzo was our project manager. He did a phenomenal job communicating with me while we were out of town during the project, and was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He kept the schedule up to date far enough in advance that we were able to talk through details of certain finishes (like whether to add crown molding around a new post or not) before the work would be done.They used high quality moisture resistant drywall and waterprooofed, waterproofed, and waterproofed some more. This was standard practice for them.I had been concerned about the affect of the construction dust on my husband and son's lungs (they have asthma), so we decided to leave the house for the first couple of weeks of our project. EZPro went above and beyond by placing an industrial hepa filter in the room adjacent to the master bath to manage dust. I was so glad to hear this not just for my family, but also for the health of their workers. When we got home, they had vacuumed as well!! The entire house was so clean. We took the vent covers off and cleaned them and vacuumed inside and found almost no evidence whatsoever in the ducts that they had ripped out two bathrooms. Amazing!They also went above industry standard on a few things for me to add some finishing touches I wanted to make the bathroom a bit more child proof. They didn't push back at all on these items and kindly did them.They had higher standards and better attention to detail for the finishing touches than I did. In areas where I felt something was 'good enough,' they insisted on making it the best it could be. At one point, they asked if I recognized a small dent in my stairwell wall. I didn't recognize it, but since I have young kids I told them it could easily have been one of us who made the dent. They insisted on repairing the drywall and repainting the entire wall. It literally looks better than when they arrived for our project and they left me with the leftover paint to touch up the rest of my house (at no cost to me!).All of the workers were incredibly professional, worked around my baby gate when needed though it was an inconvenience to them, and were kind in answering several of my childrens' questions. When they finished, they wiped everything down, vacuumed again, and left my house completely free of construction dust and debris.I would absolutely work with them again on any future projects I have.

We cannot be more pleased with our bathroom remodel! Hector did an amazing job.. He was very professional, Polite and friendly. When it comes time to do my other Bathroom, I will definitely use EZpro ❤️

EZPro Kitchen & Baths exceeded our expectations from start to finish! The entire process was easy thanks to our sales rep, Dennis, who set clear expectations about what to expect; Hannah, whose design vision brought our project to life; and Mason, our project manager who was incredibly responsive and proactive in communicating with us and keeping us in the loop every step of the way.The actual carpentry and attention to detail are flawless. The crew stayed right on schedule, hitting all of the deadlines and keeping the job site clean throughout construction.We absolutely would recommend EZPro Kitchen & Baths!

We are so thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen! From the beginning to the final touches, our experience with EZPro was wonderful. We were very impressed with how timely and smoothly everything came together! Dennis, our sales representative, was great from the start. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel like we were in good hands. Hannah, our designer, was wonderful to work with. She made the process of choosing all of the finishes and details so easy and enjoyable, and her guidance was invaluable.The crew that worked in our home was respectful, professional, hardworking, and genuinely helpful. They were always willing to answer our questions or help with anything we asked, and they took great care of our home throughout the renovation.And Jeff, our project manager, was truly outstanding! He was always quick to respond to our texts and questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly and as planned. We always felt that he genuinely cared about our experience and wanted us to be completely happy with the finished renovation. We would definitely ask for Jeff to be our project manager again in any future renovation!We absolutely love our new kitchen and highly recommend EZPro to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.Thank you EZPro, for giving us a kitchen we love!

George added two more hand bars to our EZ PRO shower. His insight and expertise helped us to determine the exact placement of the bars. They are a wonderful addition to our shower. I will only use EZ PRO for my ADA shower.

EZ Pro installed a brand new Master Bathroom for us. The project went smoothly from start to finish. Scheduling was laid out in advance; very methodical and efficient. Jeff was very involved, detail oriented to ensure tasks were properly carried out and on site most days, keeping things moving. Communication thru-out was effective, with Jeff being very responsive to inquiries and questions that we posed to him.We were very happy with Jeff and the entire EZ Pro team and would highly recommend them.

We recently had our master bathroom completely renovated by EZPro, and we are very happy with the overall experience and the finished result. Our project manager James did an excellent job coordinating everything, was always responsive to our questions, and addressed any minor issues promptly.The project went very smoothly.We really appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of the EZPro team and would happily recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom renovation!

Overall I am very happy with the finished product of the remodeled primary bathroom. It looks a thousand times better than the builder grade bathroom from nearly 25 years ago. So long acrylic garden tub. The overall step-by-step process started in September 2024 where I first reached out to several kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies. Mike Martin (sales) came out to the house for about 1.5 hours and came back at a later date to do a more thorough investigation of the crawlspace to verify with the construction side the relocation of plumbing was possible. Design options and a budget range were given.Liz Rotermund (designer) took the design I had from another company and refined that and spoke about different paint colors and hardware. The meeting with Mike and Liz took about 4 hours, final pricing was given after some back-and-forth about selections. A key thing with EZ Pro is that they verified plumbing can be moved prior to signing the contract where a competitor would have you sign the contract and then verify.James Bowie (PM) and the construction team were all professional. James came out prior to construction starting to review the plans and mark-up and measure stuff in the bathroom and what to expect during the demo, rough framing, tile work and finish work and punch list items. He said about 4.5 weeks and it took 4 weeks. If any issues did pop up they were responded to in a timely manner. Once the construction started, it was easy enough to see what was going to happen during a week on the builder trend website.Most of the workers appeared to be EZ Pro employees which for me is a plus. They are the only kitchen and bath remodeling company that I came across that has a 5 year warranty. The Bath Shop only offers a 2 year warranty. That put me at ease that they stand behind their workmanship for this many years. Many warranties are sometimes only one year. I like that that used a linear shower drain and relocated the exhaust fan to the center of the room. That was another deciding factor to use EZ Pro.Several things I wish that could be improved. I would have preferred that the cabinets could have utilized just in time delivery in lieu of having them taking up a significant amount of space in the garage for 2.5 weeks. There seemed to be a lack of 5-10 minute daily clean up at the end of the day to remove, crushed gypsum, dirt, dust, sawdust, etc. I vacuumed up each evening after demo day through rough-in framing. I did empty out a several vacuum canisters. I was a bit disappointed that there was not a drop cloth used in the fully encapsulated crawlspace that is fully lighted. I have plumbers glue staining the white vinyl and had to spend about 45 minutes vacuuming up sawdust, picking up small chunks of plywood from plumbing relocation work, spray foam that had fallen onto the ground. I wish the worker who had to move the 8 foot tall 18-inch wide cabinet from the garage, upstairs, through the living room would have had help. It sounded like it was dragging across the new wood laminate floor while I was working upstairs.To reiterate, I’m very happy with the outcome, the process was clear, the bathroom does look incredible, glad it’s complete, and would recommend EZ Pro Kitchen and Bath.June -July 2026 I had EZ Pro come back to remodel the guest bathroom, re-do kitchen ceiling lighting and install some mill work in areas. James was the PM again. Overall, I am happy with the outcome.
