Our experience with EZPro was excellent from the first meeting with Brian who gave us our initial estimate, to our design meeting where Taylor presented at least 5 different layouts for our new bath. Communication during the entire renovation was prompt and clear. Our site supervisor James was always prompt and very patient responding to our questions and concerns. I appreciated their use of a website to track the work schedule and photos of the project as it progressed. They were able to make last minute changes and design corrections so that our bathrooms looked great and functioned well. The design studio and designer that you use at the start of the project were also very useful to quickly narrow down choices and ensure your bathroom will coordinate well. And a 3-D digital tool shows you what your bathroom will look like beforehand. There is an online portal that is used to update you each day on what work will be done the next day, as well as photos of what was done that day. Overall a very good contractor experience."

"EZ Pro did a complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms. Overall we were extremely impressed . The results are beautiful. They went to great lengths to design the bathrooms per our wishes. The workmen were always professional/friendly. The Buildertrend website didn’t keep us as updated as we would have liked - it didn’t always reflect what work was really happening on what day, and it would have been great to have a heads up on the days when the water had to be turned off. The work was completed 2 weeks past schedule, but given it was being done during a pandemic I think that’s understandable. Dennis was fantastic to work with. They are definitely not the cheapest option, but if you want to work with a company that has tons of experience , is very professional, and will leave you with a bathroom you adore, this is the place!!"

"Moriah was amazing in helping us narrow down all the choices, and as our design consultant, she helped us design the bathroom of our dreams. I personally do NOT like designing things and do not have a knack for interior design AT ALL, and she even helped me pick out shelves and furniture after the renovation was over! Our project manager, Brad S., was incredible. We had responses from him within hours, if not minutes, addressing any question or concerns we had. He told us what to expect in terms of time frames for shower build out, glass, painting, flooring, etc. and was accurate about all of it. He was honest about every step of the process, and we felt we could trust him. While EZPro may cost more than some of the other remodelers, it's a one stop shop. We didn't have to do ANYTHING once the contract was signed. All workmen, all cleaning, all inspections were handled by them in a professional manner. We didn't even have to be home because we knew Brad would be there looking out for us. We knew who would be at our house and for what at all times. It made renovations so much easier to NOT have to be involved- AT ALL, once we decided on what we wanted, exactly to our specifications! Our experience was a very positive one, and even though it was costly, we are extremely pleased with the end result- our bathroom is like a spa!"

"Overall, great experience with EZPro. Kirk from sales was excellent and great at explaining their process. We had some issues with the design team, as the tile we picked out was not ordered until the last minute and we were unable to get it and had to scramble to pick a new tile (with very little guidance), but after that little hiccup the rest of the project went smoothly. Jeff our project manager was great and very communicative. They use an awesome project tracking website, which was super helpful to see the progress! The bathroom is beautiful -- very high quality!!"

"EZ Pro recently finished a complete master bath remodel (tub to shower conversion) in my home. They are the best experience I've ever had with a major contractor, without exception. I was pleased from the outset when the salesman was receptive to my desire to have acrylic shower walls and quality vinyl flooring rather than tile, which saved considerable cost. Next I was introduced to their amazing 3-D CAD design software which provides a complete visualization of material selection and the finished remodel, colors included. EZ Pro uses a cross-platform software program called Buildertrend to manage every aspect of the job -- schedule, daily logs, documents, videos, photos, messages, change orders, invoices, surveys, and other job elements. Buildertrend can be installed on mobile devices (smartphones, pads) as well as computers. I had a wonderful project manager, Jeff, who responded quickly to my messages, periodically evaluated job progress on-site, and was unfailingly informative and flexible. All of the sub-contractors were courteous and cleaned up well after their work. EZ Pro tries to schedule work between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., which minimizes disruption. I love the finished bathroom with its LVT flooring, custom-built cabinet, new toilet, step-in shower, and Moen fixtures. Quality, excellence, respect for schedule and the customer experience - EZ Pro is the best!"

"The best experience we have ever had with a contractor and remodel! Everyone is super nice, polite, and accommodating. The quality of work is excellent. Joe, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and readily available with any questions or concerns. At the end of job, they have you inspect everything and put together a punch list. I am OCD and very detail oriented and had compiled a large list of minor items. No questions asked, they took care of each and everyone. They did our Master bathroom and guest bathroom and we are very pleased! They are very methodical, organized, and have everything scheduled to a calendar with daily status reports and updates. The only slight criticism is it would have been nice if the sales people had done a follow up to ensure everything was ok and to our satisfaction. This was done by the assigned project manager though. All in all, extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them for your bathroom remodel needs!"

"After living in our house for about 12 years, we thought it was time to update and improve our 2 1/2 bathrooms. We had 3 companies come out to our home and give us some ideas as best way to do the project. Two of them had excuses why we could not get what we wanted, but EZ Pro was very creative. One of these companies even asked us if we wanted to have permits pulled and inspections conducted as it takes more time than not doing it. We wanted the stall shower expanded and only EZ Pro told us that we could have it any size we wanted since they made their own shower pans and did not buy a ready-made ones. The quality of their design, workmanship, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of their employees and subcontractors could not have been better. A great experience and I would definitely recommend them for a truly professional job."

"We initially contracted EZ Pro Baths to replace a shower, flooring , commode and replace wallpaper with paint. At the same time we mentioned that we needed drywall repair done to basement walls after flooding from Hurricane Matthew as well as being in need of some type of flooring for that basement area. They quickly responded that they could handle all of our problems. Jen and Twila brought samples and helped us come up with a good shower design and explained their unique shower construction system which sold us on their design. Demolition was relatively clean with only a few nicks in the stained woodwork. The tile work, painting and drywall repair were all done very well and efficiently. They have a wonderful system of coordinating all the work. We had an issue with rot and even ants within the framework of our shower but the estimate to fix that problem did not increase the total cost by much at all. Joe, our project manager, kept us informed every step of the way and posted pictures online for us to see some of the repairs they had done along the way. EZ Pro is a company I would recommend to anyone. Their prices were comparable to other quotes we got but their willingness to put the customer first and really work with you, not just for you is one of their greatest strengths."

"Our installer name: Brandon Lassiters He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He clean up his mess. Throughly clean after himself. He also explain proper cleaning and hazardous involving cleaning our walk in shower. He had impressible manners that you rarely see in these days. He was able to share with us some of the operations as we anxiously waited on our walk in shower. I was impress how he sanitize his work area and sanitize after he finish. I highly recommend Brandon and to be exact his personality after the work is finish you feel sad seeing him leave. A pleasure to have in your home and the one person my husband and I will always ask for Brandon if anything should go wrong."

Only advice to offer to those considering a remodel would be be sure to budget about 10% of the original cost estimate, as things that are not fully able to be anticipated will likely arise. "Our experience with EZPro Custom was very positive. The design phase was especially fun, and the designer helped us make decisions quickly with many tools available to help us visualize how things would look. They were patient and talented and we were really happy with the design. The demo and build phases were well organized and the communication was great throughout. As with any project, there were some set backs and items we requested to have redone, but EZPro was quick to respond and make things right. We ended up with a high quality bathroom that I feel sure will last ages, and that looks really lovely."

"Our complete master bath remodel came out beautifully. The designer proposed materials and finishes based on our preferences which we adjusted with confidence during a two hour session with 3D renderings and sample materials. Cost and start date were immediately confirmed. Cost was 10% higher than the top of the range initially presented by the salesman, but once set it was a firm fixed price contract. The build went smoothly and workers were great. Communication with the PM was good although the BuilderTrend site was not the one stop information source it was advertised to be. Overall very happy we selected EZPro."

"The design meeting when you pick out your paint colors, flooring, fixtures was fine, but we were running out of time and some of our choices felt rushed. (To be fair, we were planning for 2 bathrooms.) Months later when we saw our actual choices in place, I had a change of heart with the floor tile color I had picked. They were happy to make me happy, but it required a change request, which is extra time and money. The project managers were awesome and very responsive, hats off to Arliss & Jeff! I wish there was a better way to choose items like floors and tile, the samples are too small and the computer designs were close to the real thing, but definitely not quite like real life-I suspect it’s all the shading the 3D renderings use."

We chose them because we trusted in their expertise. As opposed to being a one or two person show they had a tear-out crew, plumbers, electricians, and specialists for everything they did. We also chose them because we were able to meet with a design specialist to "see" our bathroom in every detail before the project began, and it's remarkable how close the finished result came to what we agreed on. I also appreciated the fact there were no surprised. Things were priced up front to the penny, and the few adjustments we made were initiated by us and were well worth it. Finally, we enjoyed working with EZ PRO's knowledgable, friendly, and professional staff. When we had some concerns as the project was going along everything was explained clearly and to our satisfaction. A great group of people that do great work. The only downside is they don't work on kitchens. ;-)"

"The design team, Ken and Twila; the project manager Christian; the "money man" Joe are all people that are easy to work with because any subject is dealt with in an expeditious uncomplicated fashion. The 3D drawings during design make the many options visible and aid the decision process, and when the work started the quality of craftsmanship was shown in every trade that was employed - resulting in a 5-year warranty. Special mention is deserved for the outstanding tile work which we had a lot of. We are very happy with the final result and can highly recommend EZ-Pro for any bathroom project."

"I don't think I can tell you how happy I am with the bathroom remodeling that EZ Pro did for us. The shower design, the cut out shampoo and soap dish, and the rainwater shower head is like being in a spa every time I take a shower. "EZPro renovated 2 bathrooms in 2015. I am still very pleased with their work and receive complements on the style and quality of their renovation. I particularly liked the quality of the options. There is a bewildering number of options and they have selected a few that are best.. For example, the bathroom fans are the quietest that I have ever heard. The commodes are very water efficient and stylish. They were quick, efficient, friendly and professional. Tile work was spectacular. I rarely give 5 stars but EZPro definitely is in that category."
